Warranty Policy

At CANEST, we believe that a smart toilet is more than a product—it is an everyday comfort experience designed to elevate your home.
To ensure long-term performance and reliability, every CANEST product is backed by our Premium Limited Warranty under normal residential use.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to:

• CANEST Smart Toilets / One-Piece Toilets
Coverage: 1-Year Limited Warranty

Warranty includes:

  • Replacement of defective functional components

  • Performance-related support

  • Remote technical diagnosis and assistance

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
It is valid exclusively for products purchased and installed in the United States or Canada through authorized sellers.

Commercial, industrial, or business use is excluded.

To submit a claim, the following must be provided:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Product model

  • Description of the issue with photos/videos

CANEST is not responsible for labor, removal, installation, transportation, or on-site service fees.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:

• Improper installation or installation by non-licensed personnel
• Misuse, neglect, abuse, or accidents
• Unstable voltage, poor water quality, or insufficient water pressure
• Cleaners containing abrasives, bleach, ammonia, acids, alcohol, or solvents
• Surface damage caused by heavy or sharp object impact
• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:

  • Nozzle buildup

  • Filters

  • Seals and gaskets

  • Remote control batteries

  • Wax rings

Use of abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or abrasive cleaning tools will void the warranty immediately.

Warranty Service Options

If a defect arises during the warranty period and is verified by CANEST, we will, at our discretion, provide one of the following:

  1. Repair or replacement of defective parts or products

  2. Partial or full product replacement

  3. Credit toward the purchase of a new product

Shipping or delivery charges may apply and are determined at CANEST’s discretion.

Refund requests are accepted only within 30 days of purchase.

Installation Responsibility

CANEST products must be installed by a licensed and insured professional.
Installation by unqualified personnel may void this warranty.

Installers are responsible for inspecting products prior to installation.
If any damage or defect is identified, the product must not be installed.

Damage occurring during transit is the responsibility of the carrier.
Customers or installers must inspect the product upon delivery and report any damage immediately to the seller and carrier.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, and no implied warranties extend beyond the duration of this limited warranty, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Important Care Instructions

DO NOT USE:
• Abrasive cleaners
• Bleach, ammonia, acids, alcohol, or solvents
• Steel wool, abrasive pads, or wire brushes

Such use may cause corrosion, peeling, or surface damage and will void the warranty.
