Continental US (Lower 48 States)
FREE ground shipping on orders over $49! For orders under $49, there is a $5.99 flat rate shipping. Ground shipping may be handled by a variety of carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Alaska & Hawaii
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time (shipping is limited to the 48 Continental US states only).
Freight (LTL) Shipping
Freight delivery applies to large, heavy, or oversized items (such as bidet toilet combos) and bulk shipments. Products are loaded onto a semi-truck and delivered curbside on a pallet. You will be responsible for moving the product from the curb to the desired location. Shipping times vary depending on destination, weather conditions, and other variables. The carrier will reach out directly to schedule the delivery.
If Your Product Is Damaged In Transit
If you notice damage while the carrier is on-site, DO NOT accept the damaged product(s). Take a picture of the damage, collect any paperwork from the carrier (if possible), and refuse the delivery. Then, immediately contact our customer service team.
If the damage is noticed after delivery (concealed damage), take photos and reach out to our customer service team. For ground shipping orders, damage must be reported within 14 days. Freight carriers allow only 2 business days after delivery to file a freight claim.
Please note: We cannot address damage complaints, visible defects, or material issues after the product has been installed or altered.

Average Delivery Times
Orders shipped to the West Coast typically take 3-5 business days. Orders shipped to the East Coast usually take 4-8 business days.
- Sorry, COD shipping is not available — all orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.

- Tracking numbers will be emailed once orders are shipped.
- Tracking information is typically available 24 hours after shipment.
