By the next afternoon, it was already in my garage. Everything arrived in good shape.

Installation took me about 90 minutes with the manual and a YouTube video. Not too bad.

Very happy with this smart toilet. It looks great and modern, and the quality feels much more premium than expected. The auto flush, heated seat, and bidet functions all work great. Super comfortable, quiet, and easy to clean. Definitely worth it for a bathroom upgrade.

Installing this was a total comedy of errors for us. I will say that most of it was our house (built in 1976) and the floor. We did take the time to install a receptacle in the cubby where the toilet sits so that we were not wrapping it around the wall. We found out during the process of installing the new shut off provided with the unit that our house shut off wouldn't shut off fully, but thankfully the city took care of that the same day. The next challenge for us was the existing cast iron disc in the floor that was not aligned to have the plastic security pieces (that secure the toilet). That provided us an entire day to figure out what do to and make it work.

At that point, we called the manufacturer, who attempted to provide assistance but was basically reading the manual, which we can do ourselves. They were prompt, though, so I will state that.

What I will say about our floor is that if you can use your existing floor mount, then do it. If we had to do this over, then we would have hired a plumber to deal with this. But, how were we to know, right?

Now, the toilet is installed, it is wonderful! It looks very sleek, the remote is easy to use, and now we have it done. What a feat!

The only thing that I might change is the auto-open lid, as it is the configuration of our bathroom that the bathtub is in front of the toilet. Just turning on the tub triggers the lid. That's ok, though, as it is easy to turn off that feature.

I did buy this on sale, so I am finding it a good value for the money.

Here's to a bunch of years with this toilet because this was exhausting! LOL
